Rule 130
Keeping records of dismissals from service

(1) In relation to employees dismissed from service due to being deemed ineligible for the purpose of the Legislature-Parliament or other government service in the future, the officer issuing the dismissal order shall notify the Public Service Commission, Police Head Office and Civil Library of such employee along with three copies of open hulia. Such information should be sent by the police head office to each district police office.
(2) If it is found that a person who has been dismissed from service as per sub-rule (1) has been re-appointed, he shall be immediately dismissed and the salary and allowance received by him after being so re-appointed shall be collected from him.
